CEMI retains ethos strategy to strengthen positioning of MICA program in Quebec
Sudbury, July 29th 2025 - The Centre for Excellence in Mining Innovation (CEMI), as part of its MICA (Mining Innovation Commercialization Accelerator Network) program, announces that it has retained the services of ethos stratégie, a firm specializing in sustainable business development, ESG strategy and strategic positioning. This commitment is designed to increase the visibility and influence of the MICA program among Quebec companies and organizations, while supporting its coaching efforts with members and partners.
The mandate entrusted to ethos stratégie will focus primarily on positioning MICA in Quebec and supporting its members in accelerating their growth through the MICA network, while placing particular emphasis on sustainability and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with Indigenous communities. ethos stratégie will officially represent the MICA network in Quebec in the execution of this mandate.
Priority technical areas include :

• Clean energy and energy efficiency,
• Intelligent technologies,
• Environmental protection and circularity,
• and the integration of ESG (environmental, social and governance) principles.
These priority areas are designed to foster business growth while enhancing sustainability and competitiveness within the mining industry.
