Katherine Arblaster is the Vice President, Sustainability & Decarbonization for Uranium Energy Corp, GoldMining Inc., Gold Royalty Corp. and Uranium Royalty Corp, a group of mining and royalty and streaming companies. Katherine is responsible for developing and implementing the company's sustainability and decarbonization strategies. Katherine joins these teams from Monitor Deloitte where she was a Senior Manager, leading the firm's sustainability strategy offering. At Monitor Deloitte, Katherine supported some of Canada's largest public and private organizations to redesign their corporate strategies and business models to be better poised for growth in the face of the energy transition. Katherine graduated from the Telfer School of Management with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce in International Management and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
